Shipping Methods

We ship worldwide and aim to dispatch within 3 days. Having said that, I am a mum to three young children so on rare occasions, it may take up to a week.

We offer three flat rate shipping services:

1. UK – £4.45 via Royal Mail Tracked

2. Europe – £15.95 via Royal Mail Tracked

3. Rest of World – £22.95 via Royal Mail Tracked

Please note that Sourced Studio cannot accept any responsibility for deliveries subject to customs charges / sales tax. This is worldwide and now includes countries in the European Union.

Returns & Exchanges

We offer a 14 day returns policy from the date of purchase on all full priced items if they are faulty or were misrepresented at time of purchase. I’m afraid I can’t accept returns for items that don’t fit or you change your mind. 

If you would like to return an item due to (or notify me of) a fault, please email: returns@sourced.studio with details of your issue.

You will then be given return address details once your refund has been accepted. 

Once the item has been received and checked you will be refunded via the original payment method including the additional return postage.

PLEASE ENSURE ITEMS ARE SENT BACK WITHIN 14 DAYS OF ORDER DATE AND IN THE STATE IN WHICH THEY WERE RECEIVED. I TRY TO BE AS HONEST AS POSSIBLE WITH THE CONDITION, SIZE AND OTHER DETAILS OF ALL ITEMS TO AVOID DISAPPOINTMENT.
